My friend (and very talented photographer!) Hilary and I decided to do a country photo shoot back in July on my parents farm. Since we’d be out in the fields and with the horses, I decided to keep my outfit simple and very American Honey-esque so the focus would be on the beautiful surroundings. Despite the mosquitos, it was such a fun experience and I’m glad to have some moments captured at the place where my roots come from.
- Dress: Abercrombie Tessa dress in cream ($62 originally – bought it for $24 on sale)
- Boots: Boulet Boots – a fantastic Canadian cowboy boot company based out of Quebec. These boots we a huge investment ($250) but I am absolutely in love with them – plus it felt good to buy locally! If you’re in the London area, check out Coakley’s – they went above and beyond. With such great quality and beautiful embroidery I know I’ll keep these boots near and dear to me for a long time.
